BCA 7th Annual Math Competition

Math Team Boosters hosted the 7th Annual BCA Math Competition for 4th-8th graders on October 18th and it was a tremendous success! The reputation and popularity of the contest is reflected in the continual growth of the competition since its inception. This year, the annual competition attracted 575 students from all over the tri-state area and from as far away as Winchester, MA and Philadelphia, PA. Over 100 student volunteers were extraordinary in their efforts running the event from writing and editing the exams and solutions to greeting the participants and ushering them to the testing rooms. They proctored and graded the tests and concluded the event with an awards ceremony, recognizing the top ten winners in each grade.
